To begin the step-by-step registration process at SERNATUR, make sure you have the following documentation:

  • Municipal License
  • Identity Card
  • Tax Folder up to date

Once the documentation is considered:

  1. Login to REGISTRATION with your personal e-mail and password.
  2. Enter the section CERTIFICATE OF COMMITMENT
  3. Review DECLARATION OF ADHESION HEALTH PROTOCOL FOR THE TOURISM SECTOR
  4. Download Declaration and Certificate of Commitment
