Terrace Permit Requirements
Enter the Municipal intranet and fill out the basic application form for BNUS occupation for tables and chairs.
You must have:
- Commercial license for cafeteria-ice-cream shop-bar-restaurant or similar.
- Ensure a width of 2 meters, the mandatory minimum of free pedestrian flow and consider the continuity of the street.
- The terrace may be installed in front of the establishment, attached to the façade or to the sill, depending on the space available.
- It may be installed in a parking space, but it must comply with the rules of roadway use established by traffic, both in terms of safety and parking meter spaces.
- Only the installation of tables-chairs and canopies will be allowed and the display or preparation of food is prohibited.
- No loudspeakers may be taken outside.
- All furniture must be removed and stored every time the establishment closes. You may not install platforms or built-in furniture.
