What is the Certificate of Commitment?
This is the distinctive mark awarded to all tourism service providers registered with SERNATUR, who undertake and declare that they comply with the sanitary management and prevention measures to reduce the risk of COVID-19 infection. The certificate is valid for a maximum of one year from the launching of this campaign.
According to the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO), tourism quality "is understood as the result of a process involving the satisfaction of all legitimate consumer needs, requirements and expectations in terms of product and service, at an acceptable price, in accordance with mutually agreed contractual conditions and the underlying determinants of quality, which are safety, security, hygiene, accessibility, transparency, authenticity and harmony of tourism activity. Understanding local development as a combination of economic growth and social welfare, it is necessary to implement and/or adopt an integrated quality management system in tourism.
