- La Recova is a boutique winery that produces Sauvignon Blanc on a human scale.
Upon arriving at the winery, visitors are welcomed into the house where the winemaker lives, where they can learn about, observe and understand the winemaking process on a small scale.
All in a natural environment of great beauty in a remote corner of the Casablanca Valley.
Tours are available in Spanish, English, German and Italian.
